For example, if you ask it to open a BTCUSDT perpetual long position with specific risk parameters, it can prepare an operation summary showing the order type, trading pair, margin, leverage, estimated position size, stop loss and take profit. You review the details first, confirm the action and then receive a confirmation once the position has been opened. You can also use Bybit AI to manage supported orders and positions afterward, such as canceling an order or closing an open position.

Confirms before acting. Before any financial transaction executes, Bybit AI proposes the action and waits for your explicit confirmation. Nothing moves without your say-so.

Shows its work. Before you approve, Bybit AI surfaces the relevant order or transaction details — such as amounts, destinations, leverage, stop loss or take profit — so you can review what is about to happen.

Account permissions. Depending on the scenario, Bybit AI can execute supported actions through either your Main Account or a dedicated Bybit AI Subaccount. Some supported trading scenarios run on the Main Account, while others use the Bybit AI Subaccount. The Bybit AI Subaccount is specifically used by Bybit AI and is separate from the General AI Subaccount, which lets users connect external AI agents and tools such as Claude Code and OpenClaw to Bybit.

Permissions. Inside the Bybit AI chat, tap More (upper-left corner) and select Permissions to manage what Bybit AI can do on your behalf. From here you can set the Asset Cap, Daily Transfer Limit and control whether Transfer In and Transfer Out are enabled.
